I may make an appearance at the Dinner if there's time, but I didn't want you to include me as a "number" because I've helped with this B-Day thing the last 2 years, so I'd rather you not count me as a number if something comes up.

I'll be chaffeuring at least 4 people to Amber's B-Day party thing in the C0price... If there's plenty of time, I'll BYOB, but I'll have to leave at a set time...

p.s. what is **fun** to drive hard yet, rentable from Avis, Hertz, Enterprise, etc ? :/

I saw someone with a Mercedes C320 sedan as a rental from Enterprise last week. That might be more fun than the run of the mill FWD domestic ch!tbox they usually stick you with.

Oops, they did change it to 70% MULTIPLE INCH rain event. I listened to NOAA weather radio this morning. Right now they are saying rain starting Friday night into Saturday morning then clearing from west to east towards Saturday evening. Just rain tho, most likely no T-storms.

On another note, I got the DL-1, but it is D.O.A. The GPS won't lock like the manual says. I did drive around the block and collected data that appeared very close to accurate, but for some reason the "GPS is locked" light doesn't work. When it rains it pours!
