Looks like I'm out for the Divisional Got too much stuff to do to the car before Nats.. and I want the car to be in Nationals trim for the 5 practice autocrosses over the next 3 weeks. That means building a new limited slip unit this weekend among other tasks.

If you're co-driving Paul's car, you have to register for #166, since he is #66. If not, they will not know you are co-driving a car, and you will be assigned two different grid spots for the same car, and well, you can see what kind of hoopla that will bring about.

Well, we will just have to see what kind of hoopla I will create seeing that registation is now closed on-line...

Yeah, you HOUSTON guys missed some fun, but I understand having to work on your car. That had to be the coolest August event EVAR. 80 degrees during our runs!

Just a word to the wise when we discuss things on this board. Don't ever mention anything you might think is questionably legal on your car. Paul will go tell your competitors "just in conversation" and have them looking at your car up and down. That had to be the most childish thing I have ever witnessed. Really questions one's loyalty to their friends.

Like Terry and I intended for a $1 stock replacement part to give us that extra edge to beat Henry Lin and Ben Castillo!

BHoT has gotten too "wide open", for sure. I won't be posting as many pictures of fabrications or any work I do to a competition car here anymore. Total GH3YNESS. Magyar, if you ever do one thing even remotely illegal to your car THE WORLD WILL KNOW.

note: 80 MB of mostly HORRIBLE videos. Old "shakey" didn't know about digital zoom, and overzoomed all the runs after the start. Still, you can see a portion of the runs that aren't horribly pixelated. I debated not uploading them, but figured the 4 driver's in question might enjoy them. Save them to your machines because they won't stay up long.

http://www.reganracing.com/swdiv3/swdiv3_02.html - That looks like a V16 quad turbo industrial engine, probably a Detroit Diesel from the looks of it. They make about 2000-2200 hp... for days on end.

Get your story staight. I warned you they were looking for the x-brace. I also said it seemed legal to me but they were gonna question it as soon as they saw it wasn't stock. I gave you a heads up before it happened because I knew it was coming. Seems to me they saved you a lot of problems before nationals.

So no "loyalty" foul here Brian. Your welcome for the heads up.

"Thanks so much" for pointing out the fact that we had fabricated a new strut bar to the majority of the STU class at the Divisional. We heard that conversation, and it was "so helpful".
