In my 04 STi, I think it would be quite a few more TTOD than you at the BMWCCA events, again with 1% the investment you have now.

And who cares about SCCA pax, I've finished second in SCCA pax to Mark Madarash in my 98 Formula a couple times - we all get LUCKY once or twice.

P.S. Just because Fair says TMS is cooler, doesn't mean you have to go to TMS now...you should go to MW and play with the big boys. Sunday's event at TMS is about something more important - Charity for the Hope Shelter.
Wow, you can be a dick. =) Didn't know you had it in you. I did look at the porsche club results Dean and only saw you on top once. I think I will show up and try to whoop yer ass on my crappy street tires vs. your new 710's. I am calling you out.

ps: When I finished 2nd I beat 16 national trophy winners and 3 National Champions including Mark Madarash. Guess that was just luck. Of course the previous week I beat them all then too (except Terry).

        Oh the smack has begun!

My 'new' 710's are Vette-T1-race take offs with a lot of heat cycles and were $65 a piece and $10 for shipping to my door. How much are your 'street' tires ???

p.s. You should look more carefully at the results, your eyesight may have deteriorated since you're almost 40 ... I usually left after the timed runs and never stayed for the fun runs. Only the timed runs counted.

About $800 a set. But I do get to drive on the street with them.

You can do the same with drag radials (1 set), which has lasted 90% of the season, now I've got some used v710's that should last the other 10%. But how many sets of these 'street' tires do you need ?

You forgot TT3 and the PPF challenge, since I was told my time would carry over. So that makes 3, I guess only two, so maybe my Azn-abacus is biased. I also started off on some super used GSCS that were super cheap...but that's me... cheap.

See you Sunday, we can caravan.

I thought we were talking about autox? I did see you were TTOD at one Time Trial. I don't see any PPF that you were TTOD in though.

Three sets of tires Dean although without Nationals two would have been plenty. Also keep in mind I did more events than you did so our mileage may vary. =)

              See you Sunday.

              ps: answer your damn phone.

FTW = "For The Win" or "F*ck The World"

I'd modify it as FUTSW with the U and S standing for "Up" and "Solo". Yes, I have and may again drive AWD, but RWD pwns! (whatever that means)

I coned my fastest run (ftw)... The used 710's were $65 a tire!

Mike Vasey (STi) on 710's won, Gabby was second...(51.7 I think) TMS is super friendly to Azenis for some reason. That or maybe it nullifies r-compounds somewhat... Paul had a 52.433 and I had a 52.462 clean, but a 51.9 with 1 cone. Jeremy had a 52.8.
