Ouch. That's from the DL-1? Ouch.

Feels strong, handles well, just need to fix that loose (and rusty) nut behind the wheel.

Update: I'm not sure where that 0.90g number came from. I've been playing around with the software a bit more tonight, and the 98% Max of Lat. Accel. increased from 0.93g on my first run to 0.99g on my last run. The 98% Min of Lat. Accel. was as high as 1.08g, but there were no sustained left-handers.

After 4 fun filled hours and one snapped bolt at the turbo the STi has a downpipe. Subie! Subie! Subie!

Subarus SUCK to work on. I now see why NO other car company builds flat-4 front longitudinal AWD drivetrains. What a MESS underneath that car is! Subie! Subie! Subie!

I didn't do much (working on other things) but did manage to snap some pics. Will post elsewhere soon. Subie! Subie! Subie!

I second that. What a PITA to work on. UGH. It wasn't a magic fix, but the lag seems much better. Doesn't feel as good as Paul's car yet.

When I bought it I asked the service guy how long it takes. He said, "5 hours". I said, "REALLY?!?" He was right. I got home at 2AM

I'll remind you of that next time you start complaining about working on BMWs.
