Finally getting off my duff and prepping the RX8 for BStock. Amy is doing well in this car and I want to get it prepped for her assault on BStock Ladies at Nats 2006. 
Here's what is planned:

Here's what is planned:- Wheels and R compounds. Got these late last year... 245/35/18 Kumh0 710s on 18x8 SSR Comps (light!).
- Alignment (did that last weekend, added 1.5 degrees more negative than the stock set-up in front! -0.9 total... yea, it had over .5 positive camber before!)
- Replace blown RR shock. Dunno what happened here but it's been blown for 2-3 weeks. Going to pick up the car in a few minutes with replaced shocks.
- Exhaust. Borla 3" muffler and custom cat back. Ordering parts later today. Light and loud. Stock muffler alone is 39.5 pounds. Goal is a 10 pound system with a straight-thru SS case muffler and ceramic internal packing.
- Koni or Tokico shocks. $550 shipped for Konis, but the rears are essentially non-adjustable (remove from car and compress to adjust). $620 Tokicos are adjustable on the car. True Koni Double Adjustables are not available yet.
- Bigger, adjustable front swaybar. Working on that.
- Brake pads. Might get some Hawk HPS pads, just for contengency possibilities? Stock pads seem to work well.
