TopGear in HD...

You are right - most BBC programming isn't even shot in HD yet, but they are transitioning. BBC is about 5 years behind the US in converting to HD but that's because they went to a widescreen SD format earlier. Some BBC shows are being done in HD now, including popular shows like Torchwood and some others. TopGear is supposedly going to HD, too.

Currently none of the nationwide BBC America rebroadcasters transmit this channel in HD. I'm already sending my request into DishNetwork... call your cable or satelitte provider and ask for BBC-A in HD!
