New Lancer interior is a step in the right direction. Is that... leather?! But look at the massive front overhang. It looks obscene in that side-view picture. And the wheel arches are painfully small. I suspect the EVO will have larger wheel openings (I sure hope so!) but that overhang won't be easily fixed with the tarted up turbo version.

So... the 61% front weight bias won't be getting any better unless the trunk is lead filled... and with what looks to be a longer wheelbase and wider track, it might just gain that extra weight.

How do you rate a sport sedan that doesn't come with a munual transmission FIRST?

That's a very good question. Other articles I've read said the G35 handled better than the IS and I know from personal experience the BMW 330 handles better than the IS, so I don't know what's up. My main problem with it is they left out some key competitors such as the 335i and A4 3.2

I think they were just doing a Japanese sport sedan comparo. I love my G35 and think it handles quite well now that I got rid of the crappy touring radials. I didn't even drive the other two. I couldn't get the Acura in rear wheel drive, and the Lexus' back seat was too small. That pretty much left me with Infinity and B$M$W. I still think I made the right choice for me.

The Lexus is definitely on the tiny side. I don't really fit comfortably enough to own, just drive for short periods of time or ride along in the front.
