Flowmaster Clones

Hey guys

Don't know if anyone cares but, Napa is now selling Thrush mufflers that are clones of Flowmaster. Limited sizes but usually around $35. From what I have been told, Flowmaster's patent ran out.

Hmm... do they make all of the various Flowmaster designs, or just the popular 2-chamber/ 40 series? What about... the 10 series race Flowmasters? The 50 series? I love these things.

My one worry is the rumors of Flowmasters being "horrific horsepower restrictions" - it keeps me wondering. With the Flowmasters on our cars... well, both are LOUD. Like "Paul ordering drinks at a restaurant" loud!
