    PADDOCK PARKING

    8/30/06
Upon entering the site through the tunnel, see the HPT Officials for placement of a paddock space. This year a person will be allowed to save one extra space in addition to their own. The competitor reserving spaces must provide the following for each reserved space:

    1. First/Last name of competitor that will occupy the reserved space

    2. Class/car number of competitor occupying the space (if known)
    3. Competitor’s estimated date/time of arrival (Note: Upon arrival, recipients of reserved spaces must visit the Paddock trailer to claim their space. If not claimed within 24 hours, reserved spaces will be subject to reassignment.)

There will be an area reserved for Chiefs, “100 percenters”, Karts, and Vendors. Campers should paddock in the area for camping. After being assigned a paddock space please check in with the SCCA Paddock Chief at the Paddock trailer (next to Registration) to mark your name on the paddock map. In addition, there will be a computer notation of who is parked in each space, so if someone has saved a space for you, your name should appear when it is typed in telling us which space.

    -------------------------

We need to figure out who is going and when they will get there and who can researve for who. Please post.

Jeremy and I will be there Thursday (9/21) about noon. I think we can researve two spots since there are two of us. Whoever is going to be there next is who we should researve for I think.

OK, then we can save you a spot and someone else a spot. I am assuming people want to be near the spokes beer garden (sp?).

MeL and I will be getting into town Saturday around 4pm. I'd like to drop the car and trailer off that afternoon if possible so reserve me a spot.

Then I'll reserve a spot for the next person, and so on...

OK, so far I think we have it like this.

Thursday - Paul --> reserve for Brian and Kathleen Fitzpatrick
Thursday - Jeremy --> reserve for Jason and MeLinda McCall

Friday - Brian Fitzpatrick --> reserve for Brian Hanchey (Terry and Amy Fair)
Friday - Kathleen Fitzpatrick --> reserve for ???

Who else? Mike Neary, Adam Faust... who else?
