That Colin McRae: DiRT demo is pretty fun, and gorgeous. They have an STI, Evo, and some dirty buggy in the demo. The dirt buggy is on its own dirt track and the STI at least is on a tarmac mirror course against a computer competitor. I didn't have time to try the Evo. It even includes an in car view that shows hands on the wheel, etc.
