2011 4X00 model AST Inventory Clearance!

Vorshlag is announcing this inventory clearance of AST 4X00 coilover kits. This is to help clear out the 2011 US inventory of AST 4100 (singles) and 4200 (doubles) coilover kits. This includes kits located both at AST-USA as well as at Vorshlag - you can get most of this through any AST dealer. This is a limited supply of select 4X00 that are still in stock - once they are gone, they are gone. Prices shown are shocks only - springs and top hats extra (see the various drop-down options on each product page)

BMW E36 4100 coilover shocks = $1649


These clearance prices are generally $200 below the 2011 price list. For 2012 the 4100 and 4200 are being replaced by the all new 4150 and 4250 - which are due here in a few weeks! You can read more about the new and improved 4X50 models here. The 4150 is about $150-200 higher than the old 4100 prices, so these 4100 clearance prices are a good $350-400 lower than what they will become in 2012.

We know these clearance 4X00s won't last long. Available as shocks only, and also with springs, Vorshlag camber plates, AST spherical shock mounts, etc. The same discounts apply for grouped packages - Hyperco springs and Vorshlag camber plates are cheaper when purchased with an AST coilover kit.

Generally we have every optional spring in stock here at Vorshlag (Hyperco), the Swift springs are in stock at AST/Moton, and all of these camber plates are on hand - including all new aluminum high caster EVO 8/9 camber plates.

Just wanted to update everyone on the AST 4100s still left on close-out, including a surprise upgrade on the last batch of E46 4100s...



Another final batch of E46 4100s arrived last week and there are still a few sets left. They apparently ran out of the old swaybar brackets so these last E46 4100 sets (and only these E46 sets) have the big billet aluminum swaybar brackets developed for GRAND AM racers... at no additional cost. Just got the pictures above cropped and uploaded, and you can buy one of these last sets here, still at only $1649! These brackets are normally $119 each, so this is an even better deal than ever.

There were some other "last batch" shocks that arrived recently so there's a few sets of 4100s for the BMW E36, BMW E90 (non-M), Subaru GD STi, and S2000. They are selling quickly and won't last long. All of the 4200 close-outs are already sold.

So the 4100's for e36 are not in stock? I really want to purchase my suspension soon and was looking at GC and TRM as options but have seen so many satisfied AST owners lately that I want a taste for myself.

how much longer will this inventory clearance will run? And would you personally wait for the 4150's or jump on these discounted 4100.

There is another batch of "new" E36 and E46 4100s coming in the next few days - they had a lot of the 4100 style strut bodies at the factory. I'll post up pictures of these shortly.

The 4150 is getting closer - drawings are done and they are in production. The 4150 will have the new DDP pistons, upgrade-ability, stronger top guides, and several other updated features... its up to you. This is a HELL of a good price on these clearance sets, though. You cannot find anything remotely this good (adjustable Dutch built monotubes) at $1649.
