This includes the complete clutch hydraulics kit, driveshafts, and complete Tremec Magnum XL 6-speed transmissions made for this swap.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Product-Pictures\/Vorshlag-BRZFR-S-LS1-Swap-Kit\/i-RqkzL3x\/0\/3892f90f\/M\/B61G3973-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>First up is the big bad six speed that our kit is built around. This kit (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vorshlag-store.com\/collections\/brz-fr-s-lsx-swap\/products\/tremec-t56-magnum-xl-brz-fr-s-lsx-swap-transmission\">available here<\/a><\/strong>) includes a brand new 700 ft-lb rated Tremec T56 Magnum XL, the bellhousing, and custom input shaft made for use with a GM LS engine. The transmission is available in two gear ratios and includes shipping to the continental 48 states (freight truck). These are built to order and usually ship in 1-4 weeks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Product-Pictures\/Vorshlag-BRZFR-S-LS1-Swap-Kit\/i-QTTzqLM\/0\/3bd43866\/M\/B61G4043-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next up is the 86 specific <strong>T56 Hyd. Throw Out Bearing and Master Cylinder Kit<\/strong>, which works with virtually all OEM and aftermarket clutches and the T56 Magnum XL shown above. The hydraulic throw out bearing is from GM and includes a remote bleed line and a new stainless braided clutch hydraulic line, with a quick connect for easier servicing. This is plumbed to our custom Tilton clutch master cylinder, which mounts to the firewall via the CNC machined aluminum adapter.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Product-Pictures\/Vorshlag-BRZFR-S-LS1-Swap-Kit\/i-n8VPhHq\/0\/51329391\/M\/B61G3916_1-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The larger diameter clutch master has enough hydraulic ratio to actuate the T56 TOB. An adjustable actuator rod attaches to the 86 clutch pedal for a bolt-in arrangement. Due to the unique hydraulic fittings used on the Tilton master these two items (Clutch Master &amp; TOB) are <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vorshlag-store.com\/collections\/brz-fr-s-lsx-swap\/products\/vorshlag-brz-frs-t56-hyd-throw-out-bearing-and-master-cylinder-kit\">sold together in one kit<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/photos\/i-2P8NtWz\/0\/M\/i-2P8NtWz-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We have several of these T56 hydraulic systems in stock and ready to ship.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Product-Pictures\/Vorshlag-BRZFR-S-LS1-Swap-Kit\/i-KfHq4Mq\/1\/c34522e9\/M\/B61G9932-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We have also been shipping the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vorshlag-store.com\/collections\/brz-fr-s-lsx-swap\/products\/vorshlag-brz-fr-s-lsx-swap-driveshaft\">driveshafts<\/a><\/strong> to fit the 86 rear axle flange and our custom T56 Magnum XL. These 3&#8243; diameter aluminum 1-piece units are only 12.9 pounds, built to order, and usually ship in 1-2 weeks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Product-Pictures\/Vorshlag-BRZFR-S-LS1-Swap-Kit\/i-cJMQsMz\/0\/31aa7a19\/M\/_DSC3416%20copy-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another batch of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vorshlag-store.com\/collections\/brz-fr-s-lsx-swap\/products\/vorshlag-brz-fr-s-motor-transmission-mount-assembly-kit\">motor mounts and transmission crossmembers<\/a><\/strong> are being CNC laser cut now and we will have these welded and powder coated soon. One problem we do need to address is the long tube headers&#8230; our production header manufacturer here in the USA<strong> damaged the production header fixture<\/strong> beyond repair. Its something we just found out about after placing a large production order many months ago, and we are scrambling to remake another prototype header set now.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/photos.smugmug.com\/Projects\/Alpha-FR-s-LS3-Vorshlag\/i-zFBrqnw\/1\/e5ce6076\/M\/B61G2827_shadow_1600-M.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is not something we wanted to happen, obviously, but we&#8217;re trying to see the &#8220;silver lining&#8221; in this fiasco. With a whole new header design we can accommodate the front swaybar as well as moving up to a 1-7\/8&#8243; primary size (up from 1-3\/4&#8243;). This should both add horsepower AND reduce the need for a custom swaybar. We&#8217;re ripping apart a company owned FRS now and have parts on hand to build the &#8220;new prototype&#8221; header.
