Payment

Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as payment. In addition, Visa and MasterCard check cards are accepted forms of payment. Check cards will be processed as credit cards, NOT as debit / ATM cards. Cashier's checks or money orders are also accepted. Personal checks are accepted, but shipment may be delayed up to 12 business days for the check to clear. PayPal is not accepted due to high transaction fee rates we are unwilling to subsidize.

Warranty

Parts manufactured by Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC are intended for off-road or competition use only, and are sold "as is" without any warranty whatsoever. Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, of any kind regarding its products. Any and all implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for any purpose, etc., are also expressly excluded. The entire risk as to quality, fitness for application, and performance is with the buyer and the buyer expressly assumes such risk. Should such accessories prove defective, the buyer assumes the entire cost of all necessary service and repair. Limited Liability

COMPETITION COMPONENTS ARE OFTEN USED IN WAYS UNANTICIPATED AND UNANTICIPATABLE BY THEIR MAKERS, AND CONSTANTLY PUSHED BEYOND THEIR LIMITS AND OFTEN MISUSED. Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE (DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, FORSEEABLE, OR OTHERWISE) ARISING FROM THE USE OF ITS PRODUCTS, FROM INABILITY TO DETERMINE THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR OTHERWISE. BEFORE USING, THE USER SHALL DETERMINE THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ITS INTENDED USE, AND THE USER SHALL DETERMINE AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH ITS USE.

Indemnity

USER FURTHER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, FINES, PENALTIES, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LOSSES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES AND REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, VESTED OR CONTINGENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT IT IS CAUSED IN PART BY A PARTY INDEMNIFIED HEREUNDER AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT IT IS CAUSED IN PART BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF A PARTY INDEMNIFIED HEREUNDER, THAT ARISE OUT OF OR RESULT FROM USER'S APPLICATION OR USE OF Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC COMPONENTS.

Street Legality

Aftermarket parts are intended to modify or prepare a vehicle for uses which may vary from conditions anticipated by the vehicle manufacturer. Vehicles modified with some Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC manufactured accessories may no longer be legally used on public roads. Check your federal, state and local laws before installing Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC manufactured accessories on vehicles intended for use on public roads. Federal and state laws may prohibit removing, modifying, or rendering inoperable any device or element of design of the pollution control device or system on any motor vehicle used on public highways.

Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding compliance of a vehicle using its parts with any law, regulation of any jurisdiction.

Damaged or Lost Merchandise

Merchandise damaged or lost in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC inspects all merchandise prior to shipment and packages it securely. It is your responsibility to inspect it completely while the delivery driver is present and have him/her note any damages. If damages are found after delivery, call the carrier immediately for an inspection. DO NOT return any damaged parts to Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC If you do, the carrier may not honor your claim and the loss will become the responsibility of the customer.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer without prior written consent from Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC, the customer's account will be credited for the items ordered, charged a $20 handling fee and charged for freight expenditures from Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC to the customer along with any return freight expenses.

Adult signature required for deliveries

Unless receiving prior written consent from Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC, all shipments to the customer from Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC will be sent requiring an Adult Signature for delivery. Several delivery attempts will be made per the shipping companies' policies. If the delivery is returned to Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC by the shipping company, the customer's account will be credited for the items ordered and charged for freight expenditures from Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC to the customer along with any return freight expenses. If, with prior written approval by Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC, the shipment was made without an adult signature required, Vorshlag Motorsports will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage of the shipment after delivery.

Core Exchange and Credit Policy

All orders requiring a product core return will be assessed the full core charge. Credit to the customer's account for the returned core will be issued subject to the following:

• Returned cores must be the exact type specified by Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC
• Returned cores should be fully assembled. Disassembled cores must include all parts. Incomplete cores may receive partial or no credit at the discretion of Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges to return core to Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC
• Returned cores must be in a rebuildable undamaged condition as defined by Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC Cores not meeting these criteria may be rejected by Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC
• All core returns must be postmarked within 20 calendar days of our invoice date for full credit. Cores received by Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC that are postmarked after 20 calendar days may be rejected.
• Credits for returned cores will only be made after examination of the returned core - typically within 5 days of receipt. Customers will be notified of the condition of the core and the total amount of credit within 10 days of receipt.
• Customer may request the return of rejected core. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges from Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC to the customers address.
• Cores returned to Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC COD will not be accepted.
• Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC decisions regarding returned cores and core credits are final.
  
  

Return Policy

Contact Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC for a RMA # prior to shipping. RMA # must be clearly written on the package. Packages WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and return shipping must be prepaid. Returns made COD will NOT be accepted. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC All items returned must be in perfect "new" condition in the original packaging. Use all of the wrapping materials we used to get the part to you - or more. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC cannot accept any electrical and or fuel injection components, special order or close out items, or items that have already been installed on a vehicle for refund or exchange.

International Orders

Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC will accept international orders from most countries. If you live in a country that a sitting US President has labeled an "Axis of Evil" member, well, you probably don't want anything we sell anyway, and we won't ship to you. Customer will always be responsible for applicable in-country taxes, customs and duties.

General

All prices, specifications, operating procedures, technical details and/or availability are subject to change without notice. Notification of changes will be given prior to shipping. Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC does not take responsibility for any typographical errors or accidental omissions.

Handling Charges

A handling fee will be added to your purchase to provide for packaging, determined by the table below. If you purchase items at a local event and request it with no box, then this line item will not be charged. Otherwise, the charges below are added once to each individual order.

If any large or very heavy items require a shipping charge, it will be listed in the product information.
( IE: Hoods, Fenders, Bumpers, Engines, etc....... )

Shipping

Shipping charges for our products are determined by the individual weight of the product. The preferable shipping method is via UPS Ground, with USPS being the alternate shipping method. Most services will not ship to PO, APO, or FPO Boxes. Faster service is available at additional cost - please see the inline shipping options. Please contact Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC to request your preferred method. If there is no preference made, Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC will select the shipping for the buyer. Damage resulting from shipping will be remedied only if it is reported to the truck driver immediately. Vorshlag Motorsports, LLC will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges that may arise from re-shipping where the recipient (Buyer) was not present to accept the goods, or lift-gate charges on undeliverable addresses.

Taxes

Shipments within Texas will be charged sales tax on all merchandise and freight. The rate is 8.25%
