Sig file - script exploit

Hello forum peoples. Just got a note from our web host saying someone had a script file running in the forums that was blowing up the server. Maybe a post or signature? Here's part of it...

If you remember linking to anything from that url or something in your post that has FLASH or scripting, please remove it. Probably wasn't intentional, it just set of some alarms when it sent the server into overdrive...
