Help Wanted @ Vorshlag (April 2011)

Vorshlag is growing furiously right now. On most days we're getting more phone calls than we can answer and more orders than we can complete, so we need to hire some additional help. This search is currently for part time help but if the person we hire is a "good fit" and we stay this busy it could lead to full time work.

Here's the basics of this position:

• Answer calls - both sales and technical
• Take phone orders
• Assemble camber plates and other Vorshlag parts
• Package orders for shipment
• Enter orders into our accounting system
• Some pick-up and delivery using our shop truck (you need to have a Texas driver's license and a clean record)
• Automotive parts sales experience preferred
• Moderate physical labor - lifting boxes up to 30 lbs
• We can work around student schedules, etc. Our office hours are 9am-6pm weekdays, so hours would be within that range.

Additional skill sets that would be welcome but are by no means required:

• Welding and fabrication skills
• Automotive wiring and trouble-shooting skills
• Data entry experience
• Photo/video editing experience
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and vinyl plotters
