Fair and Hanchey went to the 20th annual Performance Racing Industry show Dec 6-8, 2007. This show was held in Orlando, Florida, and had over 4000 booths for exhibitors (suppliers/manufacturers for racing related products/service) and over 40,000 attendees. We had a booth for AST at the show this year, and had two of the Dutch representatives from AST on hand as well as a representative from Powerstation in the UK, an AST dealer.

We realized that our booth needs to be much larger next year, as there were often times when we had 8-10 people jammed in there, talking to one of us or the AST reps, and were out of room. We spoke to a lot of the big names in the racing & shock industries as well as dozens of racing or performance oriented service shops and had a great reception to both AST shocks and Vorshlag camber plates. Signed up new dealers in key regional and market segment areas.
We've already have kicked off some new AST coilover offerings for 2008, including: C5 & C6 Corvette, '05-up Mustang, SN-95 Mustang ('95-04), Porsche 997 chassis, Porsche Cayman, and possibly a '04-06 GTO coilover solution. We will need testers for each of these products as well as Lotus Elise, Porsche 996, and several other models already covered by AST but new to the USA. We will request more chassis for use in testing here, soon. The Vorshlag Subaru STi/WRX camber plate designs for front and rear are completed and will be on the road soon for more testing, as well.
