  • Amber's Annual Charity Toy Drive and Cruise 12/10

Who's up for it ? I've been to these the last 3 years and they are always a lot of fun. The routes are actually very amazing, you wouldn't have thought there'd be so many Caldwell type runs around North Texas. I think last year we had SeanT, Redwood, Bryan, Duck, Jason, MadMel, MadAmy, Fair, and Brad Peveto, Lauren - our waitress at Ojedas, and like 30 more people.

Who's up for it again this year ?
    ==========================================

    Hey guys!!

Just wanted to let y'all know I'm planning another Toy Cruise for the kids
this time of year. If anyone would like to participate here's what you
    need to know.

We're meeting at Starbucks and dropping our toys there, they are taking
donations to benefit Children's Medical Center in Dallas and Cook
Children's in Fort Worth. From there we will be headed out on my my normal
cruise route. Aftwards, if any of you guys would want to head onto Hooters
for a late lunch, you know I'm always up for that

Here is the date, location and time:
    12-10-05
    Starbucks
    Hwy 75 & Bethany
    727 S. Central Expressway
    Allen, Texas 75013
    214-495-8257

Meet between 8:30am & 9:30am, we'll be on the road by 10am. Same rules
apply on the toys, must be new and unwrapped.

If you guys have any questions, just let me know!

Dean and I were the only ones that went from this group the first year and we had a BLAST! We actually, unknowingly ended up in the middle of the town of Anna's annual Christmas parade since it was occuring on our cruise route. Some of those people had never seen so many cool cars. And, since Dean and I were the tail car (no, that didn't mean we picked up chicks), we helped out with a Skyline and Galant GSX that both had motor problems. Ended up being a fun way to spend a winter weekend morning.

Obfuscation usually requires a lot more words than if you simply focus on fundamental principles, so I’m not at all surprised by the loquaciousness of liberals.
