    1998 Firebird Formula for sale!

    http://www.vorshlag.com/formula.asp

The Dallas Auto Trader ad went in today, so I made the web page. Not many pics up yet, will post more tonight, but there's enough to start with.

Posted it at $9200. For as clean, stock, and rare as it is (zero option LS1 Formula 6-spd) I think we'll get that, with the right buyer.

If you have autocrosser friends, please let them know it also has a new receiver hitch and wiring for a tire trailer, and I have Koni Sport gas adjustables for sale as well (never used on this car).

Other than the 17x9 chrome SLP Camaro SS rims, and a 3" Flowmaster, the car is very stock and would work very well in F Stock on a set of 16x8 rims. Posi is still tight and the engine is silent as a church mouse (no LS1 ticks). It was autocrossed 2-3 times, by Amy.

Help us make room for the 2005 C6 Corvette that is on order. Thanks!

I seem to remember you driving it an event once on 315's but maybe Amy beat you so it doesn't count. ;-b

Man, good thing no potential buyers read this board.

How does it have 345hp, BTW?

Fix that headlight motor, get that third gear synchro checked, and if the "thing" I did on Monday works out like I hope, we may be able to work something out.

you best STEP OFF bitches!

the Koni's will work, I am just too lazy to mount them up. I have always wanted her to sell the firebird and get a corvette. she finally gave in!

aint nuttin wrong with 3rd gear. shut it!

headlight motor is on the way and will be in the car days after it arrives. i have fixed everything else - its a damn cream puff!

tommy isn't man enough to drive a 350 hp Firebird.

                  duck...

                  "345 hp" LS1 C5 Corvette Coupes = 300 rwhp
                  "305" hp LS1 Firebird = 300 rwhp => "305" number is bogus.

                  you know better!

"345" hp is a more accurate representation than "305" hp, especially to non-car nut chumps.

                      I'm gonna stick with that.

Ah, got it. Hard to maintain full reading comp while in a training class.

Loss of job at Dell. Then acquisition of another job only paying ~60% of previous job. And still not making what I was making when I was last at Dell.

The market just isn't that good for mechanical engineers. And, yes, I may just consider moving for the right job.
