There are multiple ways to get information from Vorshlag, depending on your subject matter and expediency. E-mail offers the most thorough answers (with pictures, video, links, etc), but please allow 24-72 hours for a reply on difficult questions or quote requests. If your matter is more expedient, give us a call. Have papers to send? Email us a PDF or Fax it to us. You can contact us through the various social mediums and forums (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Blog comments, Forum PMs. ICQ, etc), but e-mail or phone are the best ways to contact us.
Each of the e-mail addresses below are "Group" accounts that forward to several people here at Vorshlag, we check voice mail messages many times per hour, and the fax machine is where everyone can see and hear it. We will respond to every e-mail or call or fax we receive.

Sometimes you need to hear a reassuring human voice to answer your urgent requests. If you are ordering something time critical, go ahead and call to check availability. If you want to ask "I have to get this part over-night delivery!", "I am stuck in the middle of an install!" or "I have a million dollars to spend in the next 24 hours and I need your help!" These should be called in to our Vorshlag shop line (listed at the top of each page).
Our main number is 972-422-7170, which rings on many lines within our offices and shop, and this number is answered during our business hours of 9am to 6 pm, CST. If no one answers, please leave a voice mail with your name, phone number, and subject, and we will call you back promptly. Note - everyone here at Vorshlag speaks English, but we have people on staff that also speak: Spanish, Vietnamese, and Bad English. Our main and fax phone numbers have changed a few times in the past, so if you call an old number and get a Spanish speaking hairdresser, that's not Vorshlag, we promise.

If you are in the North Dallas area and would like to stop by our facility, to see what we make, to learn more about the various services we can perform on your car, or to meet any of us here, feel free to stop by during business hours (M-F, 9-6). On rare occations we will lock up and go to lunch as a group, so just call before you stop by, just to be safe. We are located a few doors down from AST/Moton USA, in the same business park, near the intersection of Highway 75 and Legacy Drive, in Plano, TX. If you know Plano, imagine sitting in the parking lot of Cinemark Legacy 24 theater and looking across the highway. You can see our sign from 75 there, but you have to enter the business park from Avenue K.
