Vorshlag owners Terry and Amy Fair are both passionate racers and can be found at racing events roughly 30 weekends a year. Terry is also an experienced mechanical engineer that has driven and worked on every car model we sell products for. Not just textbook trained, he also gets his hands dirty in the shop and at the track, day in and day out, testing and designing products, making drawings, taking calls, even running the lathe or welder. When it comes to suspension products we have a unique combination of knowledge and experience gained from 22 years of racing, engineering & suspension design. The Vorshlag Team lives/eats/sleeps/dreams suspension development - this is all we do. Everyone that works at Vorshlag is a racer and knowledgeable about our products, and we are here to help with questions you have. If you are lost, confused, or need help on anything we make or sell, please feel free to contact us. We feel that a fast, knowledgeable customer is a better advocate for our products.
There are multiple ways to get information from Vorshlag, depending on your subject matter and expediency:

- Technical Questions, such as installation tips for Vorshlag products, benefits of our parts over brand X, and even basic suspension set-up questions can be directed to: info@vorshlag.com
- Sales Questions, regarding which products go with your set-up, our current inventory, shipping options, and car model coverage for Vorshlag or AST products, should be directed to: sales@vorshlag.com
- Do you have a new product suggestions for Vorshlag? We're always looking for the next part, so if you want to contribute please send your ideas to: product_suggestions@vorshlag.com
- Did you order the wrong parts? Something damaged in shipment? Whatever the reason, if something you ordered isn't perfect, questions regarding returns should go to: returns@vorshlag.com. Do not ship anything back to us without an approved RMA number.
Stupid Questions, such as "Do you make parts for a Yugo!?" or "I'm an engineer in a completely unrelated field and I want what you, the suspension designer, to convince me that you know more than I do!" can be directed to: stupid_questions@vorshlag.com. Please see our FAQ for answers to these and other commonly asked questions first. (note: we don't actually read e-mails sent to that address above)

Sometimes you need to hear a reassuring human voice to answer your urgent requests such as "I have to get this part over night!", "I am stuck in the middle of an install!" or "I have a million dollars to spend in the next 24 hours and I need your help!" These should be called in to our Vorshlag shop line (listed at the top of each page). This line is answered during (and sometimes even after) normal business hours on weekdays, and the e-mail addresses above are always answered during normal business hours (we're very thorough and detailed via e-mail). If no one answers, please don't just hang up and call back 10 times in a row - leave a voice mail and we will call you back in the order they are received.
Our main number is 972-548-7770, which rings on many lines within our offices and shop, and this number is answered during our business hours of 9am to 6 pm, CST. Note - we are bi-lingual, but only speak English and bad English. Our main and fax numbers have changed twice in 2009 (our phone service providers keep changing), so if you call an old number and get a Spanish speaking hairdresser, that's not Vorshlag, we promise.

Would you rather listen to the beeps and bloops of your fax machine than a human voice? Need to send us a picture of what you had in mind, but don't know how to email it? No problem - fax us at 972-548-7557.
Each of the e-mail addresses above go several of us here at Vorshlag, we check voice mail messages many times per hour, and the fax machine is where everyone can see and hear it. We will respond to every e-mail or call or fax we receive.... well, unless you are a crazy person.
